Orkney Springs Fire rescue in Basye VA has a ACA Screamer! Not sure of model:

Thank you all for the new locations. As for wintergreen, I believe it is a cell-tower of sorts; But I also don't know much about electric sirens as much so.

Rural Retreats siren is an ACA Alertronic AL-4000, found this picture by Rural Retreat Community Center as they were doing something here at the fire department,
