*I have a video that someone took a while back of a 2810 doing Hi-Lo followed by a voice. It was part of the CSEPP deal. Anyone know who's it is?

Modulators, too, are equipped with the wailing hi-lo signal, and the signal really sounds good in real life, unlike on the website of Federal Signal.

I wouldn't know how to react to that EOWS siren going off like that. For their monthly test, you think they would use wail or steady on, not an Alternate Wail type sound.

Most towns use the signal that they use for emergencies, and this town uses Hi-lo Wail for Tornadoes. That is probably why they use it for Testing.

interesting sound when you have multiple EOWS going on at same time, in wail mode.

Man I miss my EOWS's.
The sound of the wail winding up is absolutely chilling the first time you hear it.
I also am digging how it almost sounds like a Thunderbolt a bit on the wind-down.
