To my knowledge SirenCon did not mention a hotel that they would rent or whatever so you can stay in any hotel you want. There are quite a few in the Rhinelander area.

I really hope I can go this year, but I live all the way in upstate New York so if I'm able to come, I definitely will!
I'm from Rensselaer County, NY, where we have a wide variety of sirens!

Hey everyone!
I would just like to take a second and thank all of those who have committed to going thus far! This event is not easy to plan, by any means. It takes almost an entire year to make this happen with many different hands involved (HUGE thank you to our planning committee. New this year it really is showing as quite a godsend in event planning) and this time around we had less than 10 months to put it together with the earlier date than normal.

With that being said, here are a couple updates in regards to the event.
-CABINS ARE FULL! WHOO! It is very exciting that we have managed to fill all available cabins to us for this event! That being said, we have old fashioned style lodging available. You bring a tent, we will get you set up. Sites are $25, and we have lots!
-RSVPs are still open! If you plan to attend, PLEASE make sure to fill out the RSVP form!
RSVP here: https://forms.gle/LHLjb6qbonHTwrXo8
-If you plan to bring a siren, PLEASE make sure to fill out the siren registration form! This is imperative to running a smooth sounding event
Siren Registration here: https://forms.gle/GaijeX7qnAgUhjC38
-There is a food sign up sheet for extras during our meal. Looking for anything listed on the form! Please include your name if you wish to bring something!
Food sign-up sheet: https://forms.gle/hVH62LqvagKe8f5d8
-There will be a donation opportunity at the event for those who wish to contribute to this and future events! While the event is free, and by no means are donations required, this can be a blessing to help cover associated costs! Keep an eye out for that!
-T Shirts will be available for online purchase this year prior to the event! I will upload the design as soon as possible here so you can purchase a shirt and wear it at the event (this is the goal anyways!). I will post that link in this thread ASAP.
-PARENTS/ADULTS: I will be putting together a helpful guide for local Rhinelander establishments you may want to visit while in town! If you are coming from afar, or even in state, you may find this guide useful in extending your vacation fun in all that Rhinelander, WI has to offer! Just, stay away from the Hodags.
-An official SirenCon email has been setup for all event correspondence. Please utilize this to communicate specific questions in regards to the event. You can find any and all information at - [email protected]
-Keep an eye out for additional updates! The event is getting ever so close, so please keep an eye out for additional updates as the come in!

I am very excited for this crazy event. Sad I couldn't go last year because I went to Twin Lakes to record the nooner but little did I know there was a very fun event 2 hours north of me.

If I RSVP but when the event gets near and I can't go last minute is that an issue?
