Talbotville, ON Mystery Siren

Another enthusiast discovered this odd looking siren in Talbotville, Ontario on top of the fire station. It's wired up and on a very weird mount, and is inside of a strange custom housing with the chopper(?) on top inside the housing, and a thing on the bottom to direct the sound. Its design is incredibly similar to an electronic railroad crossing bell, but far larger. Does anyone have any clue what this could be? Photos were not taken by me.

That looks like a small B&M siren, like a 6GA. The intake is a dead giveaway.
Here's a CS8B for comparison.

A B&M siren in Ontario? Now that'd certainly be neat, if that's the case!

That shroud is 100% fabricated. If I had to guess, that's probably a Model 10.

I was showing this to a few other enthusiasts including Edaan, and they've come to the conclusion that this isn't a B&M. So who knows what's in this thing?

I second this. It has the same construction and look of this 6GA.
