The first M-10 you showed us is 8/8 port as it seems! That's pretty rare!

Really seems like people in the NY Fire Deps. love making their own custom housings and horns, especially for Sterlings lol! Those things get the weirdest "upgrades"

There's no way that's real... right? I gotta see it on street view to believe it lol

Almost looks like a bad mount from Roblox or something...

Problem is, I don't know where in LA it is. I got lost on an internet search and saw that image from Istock.

I've found it. It was near the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and was unfortunately removed in 2019 during construction.

Thanks for finding it! But also, it was removed in October 2017 to be restored, then put back up. You can see the weird mount and how short it is.

If I remember correctly, The actual SD-10 sirens were replaced by props of them for some kind of war of the worlds event in Downtown L.A. during that time. And after the event ended, I think they are now just being used for a art project.
Some guy who is interested in Taiwan's siren system as well for a few others,

Have I heard a siren? Yes, The Darley 3V8 In Columbia, CA Doing a noon blast. Do I own a siren? Sort of, A Vixen Horns Hand Crank Siren.
