Is there a replacement plan in place for the rest of the units, or are they being uninstalled as they develop issues?

From what I remember, I'm pretty sure around the 2000s, Ginna did replace several sirens as part of an unincorporated project; however, it never went fully through. As from what you and OP said, it's concluded that when one of their 40-year old sirens begins to wear-out, they'll just replace it with a new one.
Oh, and also. Isn't it required for nuclear power plants to have sirens with battery-backups? I remember seeing it in a 2004/2005 FEMA document.

They are replacing them as they break, They said "Because we are cheap we only replace broken sirens.

I thought so. Apparently Not as these don't have battery backup and Only Newer radios. And I think these new sirens have Battery backup but I can't confirm that.

Yeah. It currently Is In Sweedsburo NJ Being "Inspected".

On July 27TH 2022, I got a special chance to watch One of the Ginna power plants ACA P-10's get replaced. The P-10 was Siren 77 located at the Williamson Fire department in Williamson NY. The siren was replaced due to it having a broken intake and rotator issues, I recorded this siren in May for it's yearly test and it was the final test ever for the siren. The brand New ASC T-128 was installed by ANS, I got to see the P-10 up close and I got to keep the control box while another friend of mine got the ASC radio for it. Here are some pictures of the replacement And P-10
Wait, what about that 3T22 or 3T22A right next to it? Did that get removed as well? Also when will they put back up the P-10 or is it just gone forever and the T128 just took its position? If it is gone forever then, R.I.P ACA P-10 ????-2022

The T-128 replaced the P-10 permanently. Ginna is a nuclear system so it's honestly a miracle that the siren even existed that long. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission requires that all nuclear sirens have battery backup, and plants will get fined if they do not have them. Every other nuclear system in the US has switched to battery backup. The 3T22 is a fire siren, so it's not likely to get removed unless the fire department decides to.
