Yeah that's a M-3.

this is a single headed early model Type B. you can tell because of the longer shape of the intake and motor cover

Its a Sterling M-3 and I saw the siren location and siren type on the Indiana Siren Map

Siren maps aren't always factual, the creators of the map can get things wrong. Don't take them as certain fact.
Looking at the shape of it, specifically the motor cover and intake, it's pretty clear it's a single headed Type-B.
