I'm confused. What did you mean by "last" STL-10 and what does a barely visible siren on Maps have to do with it?

Oh, I figured it out. He's from San Francisco and he's claiming that this is the last remaining STL-10 there, after they were replaced by ATIs. I highly doubt that low-resolution unrecognizable blob in that picture is an STL-10, however, and he didn't say where exactly this is.

Looks like one to me. I do know there is one on some school in SFO that's just kind of there sitting on the corner of the roof (dismounted may I mind you) for no explainable reason that I know of. Don't remember the school name. I know it was an elementary school however.

The STL is located at Sunnyside Elementary School.

That’s pretty crazy, maybe it didn’t get removed since it’s welded to the building and it’s almost impossible to remove it?

Most roof mounted sirens will leave a hole in the roof after they are removed. It's possible they just wanted to leave it in place to prevent damage to the roof.
