electronic siren controller tone library

Mon Oct 03, 2022 10:08 pm

I've been working on a library of all signals on all electronic siren controllers for the past couple of years and I've finally gotten it to a point where I'm comfortable sharing it with everyone. all of the recordings are taken from the non-amplified output of a controller or from a company website.

these recordings are great for mini (or real) electronic sirens.

There is a 1 and a 3 minute long version of each signal.

here is the link to the library: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/2/fold ... 8w98R0HCes
here is the tone chart: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

the library contains tone recordings for:

.siratone
.mc/mcp/ultravoice (still in progress)
.ESC-864 analog (currently synthesized. still in progress)
.ESC-864 digital
.ESC-2020 (all HZ levels)
.ESC-2030
.ACA Alertronic

and if anyone has an analog ESC-864 or a single-tone federal signal controller please reach out to me!!!

This is quite honestly a fantastic resource! This is very comprehensive! Fabulous
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

I really do enjoy this. Although your Analog 480hz isn't accurate. You should put a chirp (On Linear form, 0.8 amplitude ) from 310hz to 480hz as a 48 second long windup, apply 200% Sliding stretch 4 times. For a winddown make a 480hz to 310hz winddown last 20 seconds and apply one 200% and should be a 10 second sliding stretch applied. Other than that Great Work!

Should sound like this:

The analog ESC-864 was my first synth (i just want something in the folder while I'm asking people to record their ESC-864).

If anyone wants to make a more accurate ESC-864 synth for me you can Email the audio files to me at [email protected]
You would need to synthesize all signals in single and dual tone
3 minutes duration for each signal (i cut the audio for the 1 min versions)
Each signal and toneset should be separate audio files.

These synths are temporary as I’m still trying to get recordings from a real analog ESC-864.
