Actually, that is a P-20 siren, otherwise known as the American Signal RM-130 siren.

I have seen the actual siren in question on a fire buff trip to Decatur about 11 years ago. It's in the rear of Decatur Fire Station # 4. If you go to the Decatur Fire Department website there is a box that says something to the effect of "Visit a fire station". Click on it and it'll bring up a map of Decatur showing where all the stations are located. Click on Fire Station 4's location and a picture will appear of the station and you can easily see the siren in the picture.

There are also a bunch of those in Menomonee Falls, WI. There are pictures of them listed in Menomonee Falls, under Waukesha County in the WI section on the J.Marcoz siren archive. They also made me curious when I first saw them while driving by.

It sounds scarrier when your outside during a Tornado Warning
I havn't been able to hear them and the T-128 harmonize in a storm yet (boring storm season here in my county this year) but it will be great when it does!

Hey Jerry, you are famailiar with Fond du Lac's siren system? I have a question. Earlier this year, heading south on 41, I soptted an ACA siren with a shroud like a P-15 or RM-130 literally right across 41 from an RSH-10 (Thunderbeam). They were less than 1/10th of a mile apart! They were close to Fondy, if not in it. Do you know anything about these two? Why are they installed so close to one another?
