Looks like some airport equipment to me. I don't see any controls or anything that would necessarily give it away so to say as a siren.

could be a 4G tower since there’s houses everywhere, but even that seems a little far fetched. A radio?

This is most likely NOT a siren. It may not be a tower either as it looks very small. I'm thinking it's more of a vent/exhaust of some sort.
