Does anyone know if Stevenson university in Maryland has an outdoor siren system? If so, what kind?

From what I can gather, they are an opt-in emergency alert system, which means they do not use a siren to alert the residents of danger. Instead, they use text messages and email messages to alert people who are signed up.

In short term: no, they send email alerts.
