Is this located at Graves Elementary School? If so, this replaced a Thunderbolt before being replaced with a Sentry.

They did the same thing in Memphis, TN. They installed a Mobil Directo, and then less than a year later they took it down and replaced it with a Sentry 10V2T. I don't get why they'd do that, but they did

There was a video of it failing back in 2017, midway through the test it stopped rotating. I would assume it kept throwing belts because of a bent pulley or shaft.

It could be either that, or the hi-lo speed selector slipped into neutral.
I will say it does take a little finesse with a straightedge to get both the primary and secondary belts to be aligned properly

It's a 10V2T with the newer horn design, which are very uncommon.

Edit: And here's the Mobil Directo during its very short time in service.
