The Siren Board

It seems like something familiar by the size of it, but I can't put my finger on it. It is most likely a siren because the fire dept. has a thunderbolt on the ground next to it, and the thing is mounted separately from the building. Help if you can! Thanks. -Sentry88

It's a heavily modified Mobil Directo. I think this was originally a gas powered unit for the U.S. Navy.

Thank you for the information! I originally thought that it was an Allertor, but yeah, looking at it from a different angle, it does look a little like a Mobil Directo. Edit: Form the side, it looks to be too short to be an Allertor.

Some Allertors actually have that horn. However, the siren was removed and replaced by a 3V8-H. (Siren itself is on the ground by the station). An enthusiast went out and read the tag, and the tag said it was a Mobil Directo.
