Mysterious 9/12 port siren

Ok, this is a big one… somewhere around Lincoln University, PA. We heard some kind of 9/12 rotating siren, sounding for a tornado warning 
, and I wanted to know where it was… So I checked a siren map, and I couldn’t find anything. So if anyone knows about a 9/12 siren near Lincoln University, Please post it here.
