Mystery siren in Gornji Milanovac, Bosnia & Herzegovina

Never seen this one before. I don't think anyone has posted this... This mystery siren located in Gornji Milanovac, Bosnia & Herzegovina for whatever reason looks almost similar to the familiar Alertronic AL-8000.

This is a still capture from this report video in Bosnian. Doesn't appear to be the one sounding, but rather the mechanical instead in the audio.

These are sirens developed by the Mihajlo Pupin Institute in Belgrade, commissioned for use by the ministries of Defense and Energy. The system was developed in 1988, with the variant shown above being installed shortly after. Đerdap HPP, Limske HPP, Rudnik Gornji Milanovac Dam, and MEC Bitola are listed to have systems, but more are scattered throughout the region. The original models produce up to 115dBC at 100ft, while newer models produce up to 125dBC. http://2010.telfor.rs/files/radovi/TELFOR2010_09_22.pdf
