I can't seem to figure out what siren model this is..

Looks like a Sentry 10V to me. Where exactly is this siren?

This is the only picture I have of it. Sorry I didn't mention the location, this is on Stoney Creek road Chillicothe Ohio located in Ross County.

That's definitely a Sentry 10V. Horns are a dead giveaway.
