Hot Springs SD Mystery Sirens

I was in Hot Springs SD in August, and we were on our way to a set of three sirens behind what looked like an abandoned school and we stumbled upon a Model 5 on the Battle Mountain Sanitarium that isn’t marked on the map. Unknown if it’s active or what it was used for. Then we went to the set of three on a hill. a 2001-130, a 3T22 and what the map said was a Darley Champion. It was behind this creepy old school called Sandstone School. Now used as museum. The Darley champion was the first thing that confused me. It looked very odd, and unusually tall. And both the 3T22 and maybe Darley had their power shut off set to on still, but they were both phone relay activated and they had modern boxes. But the map says the maybe Darley is inactive and the 3T22 and 2001 are active

Overall this town was pretty mysterious and sorta spooky at night.
I did take quite a few photos of the sirens if anyone wants more angles

It's a Darley Weatherproof Champion, a later model with a Federal Signal core.

Now the biggest question is why it’s still powered on and if it still works.

I think the only way we'll find out if any of them are active or not is by someone filming it!

If they all had modern boxes, and it does seem like they were hooked up to power with seemingly new power lines, i'm guessing that the 3T22 or Darley might be used for noon blasts, and the other one as a backup for the 2001-130 for tornado warnings.

Also, has anyone been wondering about the weird mount that the darley has? I can't tell, but it looks like it's on top of a control box of some sorts.

EDIT: I checked street view for the sirens, and they're right behind the City hall behind the hill. I'm guessing they're still using telephone relays because of how close they are to the city hall, which are probably the ones that activate them.

When we were there for a day they didn’t do noon blasts or anything
