There is an issue with both the rotation & blower cutting off on this Thunderbolt.

Grafton has three 1003s: one on the north end, one on the south end and one in the center of town. Sounds like the one at Fire Station #2 has a stuck solenoid, in addition to the other issues you mentioned. Whatever the case, I hope they fix it soon, since there really aren't a whole lot of active Bolts in New England. There is also a 508 at the library, which was installed sometime around 2019 (I think).
