FS MOD-5020?

Today I was looking at Google Maps and I saw this :

is that modulator? I don't think so, if you know what is it please tell me thank you.

Engesig OMNI. It's a modulator clone for the Brazilian market produced by Engesig.

The Engesig OMNI is a ripoff but its design sure is cooler than a Modulator...

It's not so much a ripoff as much as it is a Modulator with a custom shell by the looks of it. Engesig is partnered with Federal Signal themselves, so I'd be willing to bet the inside of the cells are the same.
