LaGrange, KY 3T22 goes off for 29 minutes!

Im wondering why it went off for that long but it would be very interesting to know why!

This is from the tornado outbreak that hit several states on April 2nd. They kept activating the siren as the tornado headed right for town. The stream actually cut off before it hit, but you could still tell it moved through (no damage thankfully).
