Finneytown, Ohio Siren Test Ambiance 01/01/25

Here I am overlooking the former site of Whitaker Elementary School, which was demolished in September and we are currently expecting new condos to be built here. A lot of my longtime followers should remember that a 4/5 port Thunderbolt 1000T (converted from a 1000) used to sit on top of the school, and was replaced by the T-128 at Winton & Galbraith Roads in 2012, which is the loudest siren in this video. I had always wondered what the sirens sounded like around here since then, so I decided to listen and take this video while I was over here to take a walk in the park adjacent to this site. Other surrounding T-128s and faintly at least one 2001 can be heard as well. Hamilton County decided to test today, despite it being New Years Day, and I don’t remember them testing on this day in 2020, but do remember them testing on the 4th of July 2018.
