Swedish Electric Siren In South Korea?

Hello! First post here.
I was going through one of my train books last night, where I was studying an image of a South Korean steam locomotive. I noticed something on a tower in the background, and it seems to be a Swedish Electric Rotational. No info on them being there that I could find, and there's also no info on the photo other than a year, 1954. I couldn't find the photograph online.
I'll try to digitize the image when I can but for now I've done my best to get the image on my phone.
Does anyone know anything about this?
