No that is not a prototype it is a p-50 with the outer part of the horn removed

Not a prototype, this siren was originally grey and had a full horn, part of the horn went missing at some point and when the siren was refurbished in 2011, they didn’t bother to replace the missing section of the horn.

It was damaged beyond repair IIRC
