Yeah thats a 1000T. Great find I like the sound too.

That siren is roughly a mile away from the insane high pitched 1000T, and you can be by either one and you can see the other rotating.
The following video has been posted before, but I'm posting it because the sound is better. Plus, I'll be video taping this from a distance on Feb 1st to get that spooky ambient siren sound.

Here's something weird. That pair of TBolts in Jackson Mississippi sounded almost exactly like this pair, except the one in Jackson had a broken rotator.
