Got this picture up at Faith FD, sorry it's kinda blurry, I'll re-take it in two weeks when I go up there. Federal Signal PA100 and it WORKS

That looks like a remote mount. Even rarer is the PA10 and PA150.

Some of the best "classic" sirens are found on the dashes of your VFD's older equipment. Especially in their reserve units or the units that make 1 or 2 calls a year..

I have an old PA20 with "Alert" tone and i also have one of the D series PA20's.

If you go to youtube type in Federal PA-5. The only sirens I know about is a model 2 at Eastern pines Fire and Rescue and an abandoned model 5 on Porter town road.
