First off, some of you may remember the small little gray siren I purchased off ebay. Well I am done modifying it and here are the videos of my finished product. If you want to learn more about this siren and see what it looked like when I first got it go to this thread

I like the sound of that siren. It's probably lower pitched because of the curved roter. Curved roters can turn at a lower RPM and produce a much louder sound output than a straight roter turning at the same RPM. The only bad thing about curved roters is that they use a lot more electricity than straight roters.

The pitch actually depends on the number of chops per second, not the geometry of the vanes in the rotor.
