It sounds a lot like a Sentry 40V2T. I wish I could see the picture!

I don't think it can be a Sentry 40V as that's a large siren and the motor in the pic looks too small.
For those who can't see the pic, it looks like a custom-made Federal 3 or 5 house.

It also sounds too soft to be a 40V2T, but the pitch is exactly right. If that's a Federal siren, it has an unusual port ratio compared to their other sirens.

It is a Decot a newer style came out in the late 30's I have one just like it but the port configuration is 6/10 instead of this one which is 10/15

Thank you. You confirmed my initial guess when I considered that Decot has a thing for major-fifth sirens.
