EOWS 612 heard in video

I saw a picture of a Thunderbolt siren, so it could be a Thunderbolt 1000T/1003 set on a high voltage, which is why it's so high pitched.

That's definitely a higher pitched dual tone Thunderbolt. It has that distinct distorted sound, and I could even hear the blower in part of the video. Also, that Thunderbolt is having chopper moter problems. Did you notice how the pitch steadily lowered? It sounds like it's having the same problem as the one closest to my apartment.
