Hey Josh, DISCOVERY! I found out that the mystery Whelen if memory serves me right sounded in that same tone a few times before during the OCT 18th tornado warning in alert mode. We have a WPS-2800 at the water company, my eyes decieved me into thinking that it was a 4004, but in reality when i took a second look today it was a 2800! mysterious whew
