This siren is a Whelen WPS-2909.
There is an additional 3 minute alert signal after what you see in the video, but I missed the beginning. I may or may not upload the second part.

Nice video, voice is very clear. It's to bad they didn't say "This is a Tornado Warning"...since technically it was a test Tornado Warning

Nice video....I didn't even know that had installed a siren system, but per the website
What are the sirens we sometimes hear?
The Pevely Communications Center currently uses a siren system throughout Pevely and Herculaneum. This system is referred to as the Early Warning System. The Early Warning System is a network of 6 sirens throughout the two cities that are activated by the 911 Dispatcher.
I'll have to check those out when I get back.

These are pics I took of Herculaneum & Pevely's sirens a while back. One interesting thing about these sirens is they do Air Horn for Severe Thunderstorm Warnings. I heard them one evening in January during a freak storm.

There's a video somewhere on YouTube, of Whelens doing Air Horn for a severe Thunderstorm. Was that your video?

I updated the link to a new video that includes second half with a winddown. I had to merge a few seperate clips together.
