It sounds like the person who was filming it was right under the siren head. If I could see, I wouldn't even be asking this question, but is this siren rotating properly?

The siren appears to be functioning properly. The recorder was underneath the siren.

Thanks. That reminds me of my Doss Highschool Thunderbolt 1000T recording, where you can barely hear the siren rotating.

That is the only siren in that entire town. I would have put up two of those.

It's a little bit to the east of Hutchinson Kansas, north of Wichita, Kansas. Not a large or medium sized town for that matter. :)

Edit: Upon further checking, looks like google updated their Satellite Maps of this town and area around it!
