How about I will put it like this, 123 decibels at 10 feet. The weight is 49 pounds. The length is 14 inches. The diameter is 10 inches and the height is 10.5 inches. The voltage is 120 volts.

Voltage is 12 volts! Carefull!!

2 hp I think. I know they pull a ton of current and are very strong. I left a pair of vice grips on the rotor while it was on the ground for repairs. Accidentaly applied power and the thing fliped over. They weigh a ton too. That's a strong motor. The motor on those sirens is used for a starter motor on some big golf carts.

I meant to say the voltage was 12 volts not 120.

It's been a while since I've seen pics of one of those apart but I remember thinking that the Q2 motor looks just like an old Ford starter motor. It must be pretty close in power to a starter motor to run that big chopper on that thing.

That is exactly what it is, a starter motor... the starting amp on that is 300 amps...... it really pulls juice!!
