Early 4004 in Alert, (whelen) attack and voice.

Voice is pretty clear and does not have those annoying tones.

Nice video. You don't hear too many 4000s that sound like that.
That clearly has the tone generation system of the 3016s except set to max out at a lower tone.
And I never have heard a Whelen sound attack when it kept rising during the wind-up. Usually they just start up into it. Very interesting.
