Those parents need to be SHOT for letting their children stay outside while this is unfolding. Why? Why...would you have your children outside UNDERNEATH a tornado? Absolute stupidity

I heard what seems to be a whelen or 2001 in the video but you have to listen closely for a high pitched sounding tone.

That's simply amazing (yet dumb on parents part). And yes, sounds like a 2001 series.
