I think maybe the Indoor Protection/Best Possible Protection tones are a bit more noticeable... correct me if I'm wrong. I think the normal non-warble tones would be good for areas with low ambient sound and the IP/BPP tones would be good for city ambient sound.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence indicating that you tried.

The warbling tones use more high harmonics, so they don't carry as far as the non-warbling tones. If you've heard my Bethany Lane 2T22 recording with the Whelen heard from nine miles away, , you'll know that the standard non-warbling tones can carry for incredible distances, even at 126 DB at 100 feet. Cities could use either Whoop, Wail, or Fast Wail to penetrate ambient noise. I still think those warbling tones sound cool though, but I like the standard tones better for distance.
