Hey Guys,

Anyone know what sirens the city of joplin/jaser county uses.....
Found this article showing a new 2001 being installed replacing another siren from 1970.....

The last time i was up there which was back in february. i saw several federal thunderbolts. 2001's seem to be plentiful there too.

That photo is deceiving.

They're not that big.
Hate it when news photographers purposely misportray something.
Now many will think they'really huge.

There is a thunderbolt siren in my head, it is always going off...

If any of those being replaced were from 1970's they might be the OLD SOUNDMASTER....

Might be some parts are available or collectors might be advised to looksee
