I'm guessing FS model 2 in custom housing.
It looks too small, even for a 2.
That would be a model 1 with modified housing.
It could be a Darley 2 under that housing which is just a regular one without the intake cone and stator ring, but that is stretching it something tells me.

Now that i've looked at it, it almost looks like a small Sentry 95.

You'd be able to see the ports if it were true. Secondly there would be an open space between the housing and the top so the sound could actually exit therefore enabling you to see the ports.

Could it possibly be a Sparton Model 37?

That I can see and it’s actually makes sense, since Sparton Sirens we’re manufactured near here. But the housing looks a bit... different for that to be true, but it could still be a Sparton.

It is indeed a Sparton siren that they mounted a little hat on, if you go over to Allen Street you can see the slots cut in the whole housing just like all of the other Sparton sirens (the few that are out there).

Federal Type B
Seems too small, but it's almost impossible to tell with the 'birdhouse' on it.

Some in-person photos would help greatly, here.
I've been to it, and I think I posted photos a while back. Want to say there was no conclusion as to what it was, other than possibly being a Sterling.
A little late, but could it be a Lion King siren? Since it was installed fairly recently by a small town, is really small, and appears to have a homemade shroud, that seems quite likely.

Looks to be a Darley Champion, as mentioned in 2015...

Not my photo.

Thanks for the clarification. This area of Michigan seems to have a lot of them.
