Yep, that's the final product of Eric L.'s Thunderbolt restoration. The only thing missing in that video is the blower running, but he didn't have 230V single-phase available to run it, so he just ran the rotator and chopper motors on 110V from a local outlet. It's a completely single-phase unit, made up entirely of OEM parts.
