I wondered about that, but it's the exact same pitch as a 2001. There's likely someone on this board who can tell us what sirens are near Wrigley Field.

Here's another video from Wrigley Field. A Mod or DSA can clearly be heard in Wail.

I like the wail on that siren better than the wail on most other sirens like it. Because it goes down to a lower pitch than usual, the sound can cary further. Is that a custom tone?

I know there is a Mod RIGHT by Wrigley Field. Someone has posted pictures before.

If you look at Wrigley Field using the "Birds Eye View" feature on Microsoft's Live Maps, the modulator is clearly visible just behind left-center field.

I was in Chicago this past weekend and definitely saw a discreet DSA mounted on what looked like street lamp or power pole, along Lake Shore Dr.

I'm almost positive we have no DSA's. You may've mistaken it for just a speaker array for a sound system. Navy Pier and the Yacht Club and numerous other companies on LSD have lots of speakers. I've been wrong before though

Another question I've been wondering. I wonder why some 2001's in Chicago did fast wail while others did wail. Also, some Mods did Wail while others did Alt. Wail. What's the deal with that?

Yes, I've seen that one. I don't think it's part of the siren system, though.

Does Chicago set off sirens in zones? Perhaps they were trying to sound the sirens fast, and were punching what ever button they could.

That's definitely some sort of electronic siren, but if it is a Mod, I've never heard one sound like that before. That siren sort of reminds me of a Whelen.
