The YouTube poster says it's malfunctioning, but it could have a different controler. The DTMF heard at the beginning of both videos sounds like Whelen DTMF. The blower does sound a little slow.

The Whelen DTF would make sense, as it appears there are quite a few Whelens in the Columbus area (take a look at some of the videos from AllAmericanFE on Youtube).

Columbus is full of Whelens. They're replacing the Thunderbolts with them. This is one of the last TBolts in Franklin County.

I believe during tests, Franklin County tests their Tbolts that way. 2 Seperate short blasts.

That Thunderbolt will definitely be replaced sometime. When ever I have been in Columbus, I have seen only Whelen sirens, mainly Vortex/4000 sirens

This Thunderbolt should have sounded 2 times per video. All the other thunderbolts sound like an attack signal when they are tested because it never gets a chance to wind down very far before its activated again. I have no idea why this siren only went off twice instead of the 4 times all the other thunderbolts usually do.
