Has anyone recorded an ASC or ACA siren sound in attack?

Wed Aug 09, 2006 11:50 pm

I have never heard or seen an ASC or ACA siren go off in attack other than an Allertor. Does anybody know of any cities that use ASC/ACA sirens and sounds them in attack?
Goodbye everybody I will miss this board.

We have several recordings of T-128s in Alert but absolutely none of any in Attack. I've always wondered what that sounded like.

I really wanna hear or see a P-10, P-15, RM-130 or a T-128 in attack. But unfortunately Omaha doesn't use the attack signal with its sirens.

I'm pretty sure Hamilton County, Ohio tests in both alert and attack and I know there are people there who might be able to record, but I really don't know.

Yeah I saw the video of the entire system on Youtube and I wanna go there so bad. I have never seen a roof mounted T-128 or penetrator until that.

I live there. I know of a Penetrator that does alert and attack, but I couldn't put it on the computer. Unless my Toshiba Satellite Pro has a good battery and a recorder system.... But anyway, I probably wouldn't be able to record it (school starts in 2 weeks and they test 1st Wednesday of every month).
If your siren is a-failin'
Chances are that it's a Whelen
And if it's just about to die
Then it must be an ATI

I've heard a recording of a T-135 in wail.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Too bad there aren't any ACA siren recording in attack.
