Here is a fun little question I have wondered for a while. Does anybody own an Allertor?

Our town just put up 12 new sirens in the last two weeks replacing a number of allertors and thunderbeams I wonder where those are going but I know they will be no longer in about 2 or 3 weeks.

I really want an Allertor; but when it comes to sounding it v.s. looks, I'm afraid I just have to choose the other model. :(

Yea allertors are nothing of beauty, but the ones in our town I think are duel toned and sound exactly like a 1000T I am going to miss hearing them and get used to the 2001's.

Respectful disagreement; I think they're the coolest-looking siren around! They look like something from a sci-fi movie that will suck you in

Yes, that's a real 500-lb Federal SD-10 I'm holding (braggart!)
