Excellent video. That rotator has been broken for a VERY long time. I hope that someone who lives in that area report it.

I think that the original YouTube poster reported it after he videoed it. I don't know if the Norman EM will ever fix it though.

It will most likely be replaced with a T-128 sometime in the future.
