My First Siren Hunt... Poor Quality.

Sat Dec 06, 2008 9:59 pm

While on a trip to visit my grandmother, I decided to take along my cheap camera for $6.00. Here are photos I got while on the trip:

Manteno, IL: Federal Signal 2001 SRNB?

Sorry about the very poor quality, it's not bad for a cheap Dollar General camera through a window at 40 miles per hour.

So, apparently, I like Federal Signal...

Nice pictures!
For a $6.00 camera, those pictures came out in pretty good quality!

True, but yet one of the pictures of a fire department with a Federal Signal 2001 behind it didn't come out. It was just mostly the roof of the car, and just the pole before the bottom disappeared behind the fire department... Another time, I was attempting to picture a fairly far away 2001, but when it disappeared behind trees, I put my camera away. Then we passed a water-tower mounted Model 5 for a local fire department and missed out on that siren...
