I'd keep writing so that unit would not just go to waste.

It is accomplishing nothing but being in the way.

It will eventually come down by rotting and falling, possibly hurting someone or equipment, or someone will have to be paid to take it down and get it out of the way.

Poor old Hurricane! And also they would NOT listen. Believe this. They will NOT

And, that is true though.

Try writing then.

Good luck :)

If it would not cost so much to drive there and back, I would contacthem.

I assume I'd have to rent a U-haul wagon, and who knows how long this project would take?

(I really don't even knowhat a hurricane is!!)

Probably some complications would arise there and I'd have to wait while they made decisions, etc.

Could become very expensive.

I'll try to find out whom to write, and how much travel, lodging, etc. costs would be.

Wish it were a lot closer to Denver.

Even if it did not rotate, the horn could be aimed at the trailer park
from the southwest corner where they have a maintenance/storage area.

I shall smite myself to see if it changes the rating.

Anyone have any more information about that square-horn Hurricane?

I guess it would sound like a t-bolt with bad gas and a VERY fast windup(Almost INSTANT!@!!!!!!)

Hey, wait, I didn't smite you, did I?

When I smited myself, here is what happened:

Why would you want to smite yourself?! Motion to smite DENIED.

T-bolt, what is "over the top" about getting some really unfortunate
people in a trailer park some warning?

Just like them NOT to know of a tornado approach.
They wouldn't know to keep an eye on bad weather.

Sometimes I wonder if illegal, illiterate Mexicans don't know that a flashing railroad gradecrossing signal means "DON'T CROSS!!!"
*I* could figure it out if unable to read English. 5 were killed at a grade crossing in south east Colorado.

If this project were not too costly, I'do it myself.
But, I'm only a chimney sweep, and this fall/winter does not look very profitable.

Soot happens.

Rob, yes, I meant to say that the device jams the waves; jamming the waves from getting to another point is, by my terms, at least, cancelling them at that specific spot.
Thanks, though.

Also, I remember someone on the old board pointing out that the square-horned Hurricane model had a ten-to-twelve port-ratio.

Leave it to an Aussie to be OFF by a half hour!

Or is your time zone a half hour different, as I have discovered in India.

I think all of China is on.e time zone!

Let me recap something here:

THERE IS NO WAY THAT SIREN IS COMMING
DOWN, UNLESS YOU WANT TO KILL YOURSELF!!!

If the town cannot even have access to it, that it. no one does.

The Hurricane stays there.

End of discussion.
