Sorry I couldn't get all of our Model 5 going in a fire call but I managed to get a somewhat OK recording. (Turn your volume up!)

Oh that's a nice siren.. is it a 5 or 7 HP? It's the older style Federal Enterprises 1950 to 55 style. It should have an access door on the housing.

I believe its a 5HP.

yea that's a nice siren and very cool that they blow it 24 hours a day.. most p*ssy departments shut theirs down after 8PM.

Got another one tonight. This recording proves you can hear the siren better when there is no wind and the skies are clear and quiet.
