So, I was calling my friend and we were wondering whatever happened to the Carol Stream RSH-10s? Are they deactivated?

Yeah, the video claims it could've been or could be one of the final tests of the Beams. I just recently checked on street view, and it seems the one in the business area is still up, but it could easily be inactive.
