Holy god, where did you find those? 6 signals on a timer, that is pretty boss!

Am I speaking correctly when I say the 7000 is gas powered?
Are these mounted on a pole, or roof, or do they just sit there on the ground?

That is awesome, thanks for sharing that with us, Derek! That AF*22Z timer is one strange looking control..I wish someone could get some better pictures and an inside view of one of those.

The System 7000 is a "mobile" siren system that has an electric generator built-in. In other words, the siren can run even if there is no power. I assume the generator is gas/diesel powered, so technically yes, the 7000 is gas/diesel powered.

The siren sits on the ground. I don't think it would be possible to roof mount it.

No-go on roof mounting: The shelter alone weighs at or around 7500Lbs. That's much too heavy to put on many, if not most roofs as they exist. If it were new construction, the roof could be framed in a way to hold it up with little issue.

7000's were meant to be self-contained, not so much mobile. Adam has the manual to one, maybe he can post it. And you can mount them on roofs of larger buildings, as demonstrated by the old Kuwaiti 7000's shown on that news clip a while back, but it would need a lot of bracing.

Thanks. That's a pretty cool website also.

Sorry for bringing up an older topic (well, 17 days lol) did anyone notice that they mixed cm with mm? Say the 28.75" dimension, that's 73cm not 730.
