Malfunctiong T-128 in Fond du Lac, WI

[500 AT fan]

Siren goes off for two cycles of Attack Warning, but keeps rotating for the rest of the 3 minute cycle. One control box is lined with cloth tape.

I hope that siren gets repaired soon. It doesn't really do a siren any good to rotate if no noise can be heard.
